The best Cabernet Sauvignon wines from the famous winemaker Miguel Torres are used to make this excellent red wine vinegar. Due to a long maturation process (12 months) in oak barrels, the vinegar was given the name La Oscuridad (The Darkness).

Tasting note: sweet, fruity and with delicate wood notes, it has aromas of forest fruits.

Food Pairing: Marinades for meat and game dishes, stews and salad dressings.

Ingredients: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. Contains sulphites.
