These mussels (Mytilus Galloprovincialis) from the Galician Rías (Galician estuaries) in north-west Spain are carefully selected, cleaned and cooked by hand. 

The marinade, prepared according to an old family recipe, gives them their delicate delicious flavour.

Mussels are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which have an anti-inflammatory effect and help to lower cholesterol. They are rich in amino acids and minerals such as phosphorus, iron and potassium, 

Moreover, mussels from the Galician estuaries (rías Gallegas) are, in addition, higher in vitamin A, which promotes white blood cell production and bone reconstruction. Their vitamin B12 content is also higher, which  may boost your energy, improve your memory, help prevent heart and may improve mood and symptoms of depression.

Ingredients: Mussels (Mytilus Galloprovincialis), olive oil, vinegar, paprika powder (Pimentón del Vera DOP), salt.

Storage temperature: Room temperature.

Storage after opening: store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
