The two to three months of air-drying, the mild spices and the excellent quality of the basic ingredients give this country sausage a wonderful consistency and an incredible taste!

The Payés salami has been produced since 1852 according to a traditional recipe by the family business Casa Riera Ordeix in the town of Vic in Cataluña (north-eastern Spain). This air-dried country sausage is made only from carefully selected natural products, from the best meat without the addition of colourings. After 2 to 3 months of maturing, the Salchichón has a firm consistency and is named after its rustic (payés) appearance.

The Payés salami is free of allergens and suitable for celiacs.
