Extracted through a millennia-old system and exclusively handcrafted, it does not undergo any change in the Es Trenc salt works from harvest to packaging. Due to their natural origin, the colour and consistency of the flower-shaped sea salt crystals can vary slightly. A special characteristic of the Mallorcan salt flower is also its natural residual moisture, which is preserved by drying in the sun.
