1 x organic vinegar made of organic Pedro Ximenez wines, matured for 24 months in oak barrels.
1 x Flor de Sal from Mallorca (Spain)
Tip: Place 1/3 vinegar to 2/3 EVOO and salt to season in a glass. Close lid safely and shake, shake, shake. Pour over your salad and enjoy!
