For several generations it was a tradition to keep the best produce of the harvest for the family. These EVOOs were given the name Reserva de Familia (Family Reserve). This tradition gave rise to these olive oils, which have won several awards.

The Picual pairs beautifully with: salad marinades, cream of tomato soups, gazpacho (cold tomato soup), raw ham and mature cheeses and grilled meats.

The Arbequina variety pairs beautifully with: white fish varieties, salad dressings and mild sauces such as Mayonnaise. Ideal as a substitute for butter in sponge cakes or creams.
