Tasting note: This Olive oil is very fresh, characterized by aromas of tomato plant, artichokes, freshly cut grass, rosemary and green almonds. On the palate it has a medium intensity with fruity notes of strawberries and perfectly balances bitterness and pungency.

Ideal with: Artichoke salad, tomato sauces and salads with tuna, lamb and game dishes, grilled meat and vegetables, grilled pepper salad.
