This sherry vinegar is made from D.O.P. Montilla-Morilles organic vinegars and organic Pedro Ximenez wines and grapes. It matures in oak barrels during 24 months.
Tasting note:Very fruity and slightly acidic, this vinegar has aromas of vanilla and raisins.
Food Pairing: Roasts, marinades of all kinds and sauces.
Ingredients: 61 % Organic wine vinegar, juice from dried grapes of the Pedro Ximénez variety 21 %, Pedro Ximenez wine 18%. Contains sulphites.
