Tasting note: This organic extra virgin olive oil is intensely fruity with aromas of freshly cut grass, tomato green and fennel. In the mouth, the taste of green almond predominates. It is sweetish at the beginning and with strong tart notes at the finish. A beautifully balanced extra virgin olive oil.

Suggested Food Pairings: grilled vegetables, intense cheeses, blue fish and intense meats, and for salad marinades.
