The natural production begins at the workshop, where the first quality meats and lean meats from acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs are selected and prepared to ensure the optimal qualities of this gourmet food. During curing, the expertise of a Butcher Master, versed in the secrets of our traditional gastronomy, will reveal the necessary conditions to enhance the essence of a unique organoleptic complexion.
